1. Outside food is not allowed in the glamping site.
2. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
3. Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
4. Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
5. Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 PM.
6. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
7. Illegal activities, including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
8. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
9. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
10. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.
11. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof showing their address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.
12. Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
13. For special occasions such as weddings, pre-wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and events that require parts or the entire estate, explicit permission from the management is required. These events must be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, deposits, and fees for arrangements and cleanup will apply.
Common Areas: All guests have access to common outdoor areas, including lawns and nearby forest trails.
Host and Staff: The Home Owner will oversee your stay and cater to all your needs. Enjoy delicious vegetarian and meat dishes prepared by our in-house chef, with house-help available to assist with chores, ensuring a worry-free vacation.
Parking and Accommodation: Adequate parking space is available for cars, and arrangements can be made for drivers’ accommodation in the villa.
Amenities: The villa is equipped with heaters in every room, a dining cafe, refrigerator, WiFi, and a fire extinguisher. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
Yoga Sessions: A professional yoga teacher can be provided at an extra cost of ₹1000 per session for 1 hour.
Bonfire: You can request a bonfire at an additional charge of ₹1000.
Activities: Activities such as paragliding, art therapy, pottery, and cycling are chargeable and can be availed at the property.
Pet Policy: Guests are required to pay ₹500 per pet, plus extra for meals if requested.
Internet Connectivity: Due to the unique location of the glamping site, internet connectivity may be affected by falling trees, heavy rains, or other causes. Guests may experience low connectivity due to the location of the glamps.
Booking Policy: We only sell this home with all 2 rooms. If you wish to book fewer rooms, please call to check if it’s possible.
12-Hour Free Cancellation:
If you booked online without assistance from our Call Center, you are entitled to cancel within 12 hours from the time of booking for free. Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process. This does not apply if your check-in date is within 7 days of booking confirmation.
Non-Refundable After 12 Hours:
After the 12-hour window, bookings with a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be canceled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable. Partial payments are also non-refundable.
Peak Date Cancellations:
Cancellations are not accepted for peak dates, including Christmas and New Year (24th Dec 2023 to 2nd Jan 2024) and Republic Day (26th Jan 2024).
NOCANCEL Coupon:
If you use the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all standard cancellation policies are overridden. You will not be entitled to any refund and will incur a 100% rescheduling fee.

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you’re unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
No. All payments for booking the villa, including meals, will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth. Please note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
Yes. Guests have to pay Rs 500 per pet, plus extra for meals, if requested.
One extra mattresses can be arranged onsite. Our home has adequate bed sheets, blankets and pillows for extra bedding. Along with it, one of the glamps feature a bunk bed for convenient sleeping.
